Alison Attwood - October 2006 Harbour Friends has made a massive difference to my life. I moved to Eastbourne in 2005 and enjoyed an active social life – but it was all off the Harbour. Then I joined Harbour Friends in Spring 2006 and fell in with a great bunch of people. One day, I read the local newsletter 'Waterlines' and decided to take the plunge and email Bev. I moved permanently to Sovereign Harbour after a difficult time having been widowed, losing my Dad and then being made redundant……all in the space of 2 years! I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made and that is all due to HF.
